(hereafter “NBB”) from the said company, with headquarters in Praceta D. Nuno Álvares Pereira, 20, 4450-218 Matosinhos, Portugal, legal entity no.506183270.

I agree to not use, publish or reveal, whether personally or via other persons, any information obtained from conversations, documents or associated information concerning the said proceedings to any third party unless explicitly authorised by NBB in writing.

I understand and accept the fact that this declaration impedes the disclosure, in all circumstances, of confidential information, independently of the form and means of disclosure.

I also agree to return any information material and documents received if I should decide not to proceed to sign the Promissory Contract or if the negotiations should come to a halt for any reason. The non-fulfilment of the obligations specified in this letter implies accountability for damages caused.
